Frequently Asked Questions
What programs/tools do you use?
I use mostly Paint Tool SAI, and Adobe Photoshop CS5 for color fixes or effects. My older art - such as most of my Hetalia Chibi Series - was drawn using just Photoshop, though! The tablet I use is a Wacom Intuos 3 6x8.
What tool do you usually use to draw in SAI?
My brushes change all of the time, but I usually use the pen tool for lineart and variants of the brush tool to shade and color.
May I use this drawing for my project/template/icon/etc.?
You're welcome to! Just please do not claim that the art is yours, and commissioned artwork are not free for use whatsoever unless you've directly asked the commissioner for permission.
May I trace/use your art as a base?
Unless I give you permission - the answer is no.
Can I repost your artwork somewhere?
Yes, as long as you give credit to me.
Will you draw me something?
Sorry, I don't just draw for free whenever people ask me! I do, however, take commissions, so check my journal entry for details: [link]
Why is (insert country here) missing from your Hetalia Chibi Series?
Either the country has not received a canon design, or I have been just too lazy to draw them. orz; (For those unaware of Hetalia, my Chibi Series is fanart, and as such they are not my own designs.) I do have plans to finish, but it really depends on my motivation!
You should draw a Nyotalia version for (insert country here)!
I would love to, but please know that I am only interested in drawing canon Nyotalia designs. uwu The canon designs so far have been pictured and listed at this site: [link]
Can you do a tutorial?
I'm really bad at explaining! 6_9 I do have one coloring tutorial here, but otherwise I don't have any plans to do any more tutorials. Your best bet is if I decide to livestream sometime.
Will you do an art trade with me?
I used to take them, but at the moment the only time I will do art trades is if I ask you first or if you're a friend of mine.
How do you make your drawings transparent?
I finish drawing it on SAI, open it up in Photoshop, and save as .png with no background layer (basically if the background is a checkered background it will be transparent).
